Interior Design for Nurseries Kid's Rooms Teen Spaces Residential and Retail
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services
How does it work? We love what we do and want to be everyone's kid's designer. Therefore, we keep it simple. You can hire us for a little or a lot. You can treat our list of services as an ala cart menu; picking and choosing what areas you would like help with or you can have us tackle the entire project from start to finish. Our studio can come up with the ideas or we can work with yours. We'd be happy to elaborate, feel free to give us a call or drop us an email. CONTACT US
What if I don't know what I need? No worries, you are not alone. Kids spaces are a specialty that even traditional whole house designers don't feel comfortable in tackling. We'd be happy to discuss with you or your interior designer our range of services and which might suit your needs best. We also offer free estimates, initial consultations and portfolio viewings, in the Portland metropolitan area of Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington. For our out-of-town clients we can discuss travel or e-consultations.
How much does it cost? As you can imagine and see in our pictures, we do all kinds of things, everything from the expected to the unique. It's kind of hard to come up with a generic price that covers all situations. We can operate like a traditional designer hired by the hour(s) or give you estimates for pricing that covers time and materials. The rates for our various services differ and often are discounted when bundled together. The best way to find out pricing is have us out for a free estimate. We pride ourselves on being affordable and will make every effort to style the project to meet your budgetary requirements. We want to be everyone's kid's designer, so give us the opportunity to show you how we can exceed your expectations in design while keeping your bank account happier than a sleeping baby!
Will you build something for us? Yes. If you need a special creation for your space, let us help you. If you are short on ideas let us daydream for you. We have a multi-talented studio ready to help with custom art, props, accessories, small furniture or the repurposing of existing items.
Are you open to travel? Certainly. We'd have to discuss the details and schedule.
I don't see anything on your site that looks like what we want, can we see more? The internet is a great place to browse, but it's impractical to flood our site with too much. We also have to protect our ideas and products from those naughty people who love to steal from others. The rooms and designs featured on our site have compelling reasons why they're featured and do not represent all that we can do. We've helped hundreds of families and worked on an amazing array of projects with various artistic styles and decor principles. We can show you examples of our work to help you decide or excite you with our creative ideas that may go beyond what your are initially thinking.
Can I solicit your help as an industry expert? Yes, I'm happy to help with media interviews, blog contributions, product reviews, guest speaking or other industry related happenings. I'm available for kid's design seminars or classes for child based businesses and mommy groups.
This all sounds wonderful but I have more questions? We'd be happy to chat with you by phone or email, just reach out. If you've run out of questions, here's some random ones......
