HOLIDAY 2023 Shopping dates- Gift giving arrival times are closing in. Orders placed by 12/17/23 will arrive by the holiday in the continental US.

Shipping / International Orders:
The deadline for 2022 Holiday orders has past.
We offer free ground shipping, within the continental U.S., on all of our products shipped from the studio to retail customers. Exceptions may apply. Currently, we only ship to US addresses. Canadian customers please inquire for a shipping quote. All of our orders are processed in the order of receipt. Most orders are manufactured on demand here in the studio which typically takes 10-14 days from order to ship. If you have a special date requirement or a need for a rush please contact the studio prior to ordering.
We do not offer expedited shipping on our standard orders due to the fact that shipping companies are not gentle with art and the likelihood of damage is much higher.
Online Shopping Terms:
Since most of our products are created on demand, special for you, we are unable to accept returns. We do stand behind our product and in the rare event there is a non-shipping related defect we'll work to ensure your satisfaction.
Shipping Damages:
If you suspect shipping damage please retain all packaging materials and contact us for help.
Order Status:
If you have registered with our site, you can login and see updates regarding your purchase. Once shipped you will also be able to track your purchase via the tracking number we will provide. Please be sure to add "[email protected]" to your address book to ensure email delivery.
Personalization:
In situations of personalization, we ask that you submit a note to us during the checkout phase stating the name. If you miss that prompt, you may also email us.
Special Orders:
We do entertain special size or medium requests. We have access to a variety of product finishes, gloss levels and size ranges. We are however unable to alter colors or change text on our standard products.
Wholesale / Trade Discount:
Yes, we offer both a wholesale and trade discount. Please submit your information here.
